Duty and Responsibility:
· Collect all current lottery companies’ products, sales and brand activities
· Gather information from existing lottery companies’ products, current commission scheme and their business model
· Designing research methods such as interviews and questionairs related to al type of lottery forms
· Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research
· Review and develop current lottery products
· Carry out consumer behavior research
Minimum qualifications and experience.
1. Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics or sciences
2. A minimum of 5 to 7 years within the custom market research industry
3. 1 to 2 years of industry/sector experience
4. Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis
5. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
6. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Starting salaries are negotiable and will depend on experience.

Duty and Responsibility:
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Minimum qualifications and experience.
1. Bachelors or master degree in business administration or a related field
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
4. Strong business sense and industry expertise
5. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Description
Maintain accounting record and post to accounting system
Be in charge of cash disbursement
Prepare monthly staff payroll
Prepare inventory and fixed assets report
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash replenishment reports
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree majors in finance or accounting
At least 1 year experience
Integrity and responsibility is highly valued.
Good interpersonal skills
Be able to work under pressure with tight deadline
Proactive and attention to detail
Good command of Khmer and English
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks is advantage
